1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of InfoLocal (the “Platform”). By accessing or registering, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What the Platform provides

The Platform is an informational and promotional guide to places, businesses, and points of interest. It does not provide booking, travel, or accommodation services; any agreement with a third party is solely between you and that party.

2.1 Accuracy of information

Listings may be incomplete or outdated. We do not guarantee safety, lawful access, availability, or suitability of any location. Confirm critical details with the operator before visiting (see the listings notice below).

3. Accounts

Provide accurate data, protect your credentials, and use the Platform lawfully. Registration requires acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy; we may record time, document versions, and IP for compliance.

4. Prohibited use

  • unlawful use or misrepresentation;
  • automated data collection that burdens our systems without permission;
  • security breaches or circumvention of technical controls;
  • content that infringes third-party rights or is unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate.

5. User content

You retain rights in your material and grant us a licence to host and display it while published. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

6. Third parties and intellectual property

Links and embeds (maps, social networks, etc.) are governed by third parties. Platform design, software, and databases are protected; unauthorised copying or reverse engineering is prohibited.

7. Subscriptions and listings

Fees and publication rules are shown in the dashboard. We do not guarantee specific ranking, traffic, or commercial results.

8. “As is” provision

The Platform is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or data, or for accidents, injury, or damage arising from visits to listed locations or dealings with third parties, except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law (e.g. fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable).

Where permitted, our aggregate liability for direct loss arising from our proven negligence is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the relevant service in the preceding twelve months or (b) €100.

10. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes

We may update features or these Terms; material changes will be communicated appropriately. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted.

12. Governing law

Greek law and applicable EU law (including GDPR and consumer rules) apply. Courts in Greece have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
